We offer a variety of services such as private and group yoga classes, surf lessons, surf trips, wellness workshops, and immersive retreats. Our experiences are designed to nurture both body and mind, empowering women, inspiring personal growth, and fostering lasting connections.

Yoga Classes
We offer weekly Hatha-Vinyasa yoga classes in studios in Cascais and Oeiras, as well as special practices and events by the beach.
All sessions are guided by our founder and certified yoga teacher, Madalena Guerreiro, who brings a warm, supportive, and inspiring approach to every class.
